Delivery

Origine bikes are delivered fully assembled and adjusted for you. All you need do is fit the front wheel and adjust the saddle height.

Thanks to our own logistical service and our stock in the north of France we can provide guaranteed dispatch. You can track your order on line 24/7 in your account dashboard.

We dispatch our bikes using professional carriers who we have carefully selected for the quality of their work.

At the point of dispatch, we will send you information as to the procedure for receiving your order, its delivery and any precautions that you should follow.

You can choose to take delivery of your bike at your home, or other preferred address, with or without appointment. Should you not want to lose your valuable time waiting for the carrier, you can choose to take delivery without an appointment. We are currently looking at establishing a secondary delivery system using collection points. More information will be available soon

The carrier will call you prior to delivery to make an appointed time for delivery with you.

When you create your Origine account, we recommend that you add a telephone number where we, and the carrier, can reach you during normal working hours, for a faster hitch-free delivery.

Shipping time for a bike (in weeks) : 4/5
Shipping time for a frameset (in weeks) : 4
Shipping time for material (in days) : 3

If you have chosen a component with a longer delivery time, you will be delivered within one or two weeks from that date.

These lead times are given as an indication only and only come into play once your order, including all the component size choices, has been confirmed and full payment made.
Lead times are subject to production issues and our own suppliers' lead times.
Unfortunately, our technical advisors are unable to reliably inform you of the status of your order prior to the indicated delivery date.

The cost varies as per the country of delivery and the size of the package. This cost is automatically calculated and indicated as you add / change a component.

There is no cost of delivery for customers picking up their bikes at our factory.
