Origine Cycles bike and frame warranty

A regular and complete service is essential to ensure that you get the most out of your bike. At Origine, it's the quality of the service that counts, but we won't, like other brands, oblige you to use our technical service.

You can have your bike serviced at your usual bike shop, or at the Origine factory, or you can service your own bike if you wish, or take advantage of our network of 350 service centres and partner bike shops throughout France.

When purchasing on the Origine-cycles.com website you automatically benefit from a 30 clear days cooling-off period. For us, your complete satisfaction is all that matters.
As such, if you are not fully satisfied with your bike, we give you the opportunity to cancel your order within 30 days of taking delivery of your bike.

The products to be returned must be new, complete and in their original packaging.
This guarantee does not apply to specifically designed products (Color on-demand), in other words outside the products offered on our site.

General Conditions of Sale

At Origine, there’s no surcharged phone number, no expatriate and unreachable Hotline. To provide an effective and reactive service to our customers, our after-sales Service is based at the very same plant where we assemble and paint all our bikes in the north of France.

So that if you have an issue with an Origine bike or frame, you are in direct contact with our factory team who can provide clear answers and a rapid service. Our after-sales service will advise you, dispatch new parts, and if required, organise and cover the cost of recovering the bike to carry out any work, prior to dispatching it once again to you, at our cost.
