Crossline

The Crossline, an electric hybrid bike, embodies the perfect balance between performance, technology, and elegance. Even without electric assistance, it is a highly efficient, lightweight, and smooth bike, where the Mahle X30 motor is discreet both in terms of its weight and its lack of rolling resistance. The electric assistance is there to give you that little extra boost to climb a steep hill, keep up with traffic in the city, or simply transform your rides on the trails into a smooth and enjoyable experience.

Mahle X30

We decided to equip the Crossline with a 250Wh Mahle X30 motor with 45nm torque. One of the major advantages of this hub motor is that there is no friction, which significantly reduces energy consumption and, without assistance, makes pedaling feel just like riding a traditional bike. No more power is needed to cover distances similar to bikes that are twice as heavy and require powerful, high-torque motors. And if you need even more range, you can add an additional battery.

Cutting-edge technologies

Thanks to ANT+ connectivity, the system can connect directly to your GPS via a dedicated app and adjust the assistance to the difficulty of the terrain, your heart rate, and the power you are generating.

Hand-painted in our workshops

Origine frames and forks are painted in our workshops located in northern France. We have chosen to use only water-soluble automotive-grade paints. The impact and abrasion resistance is significantly higher than that of frames painted in Asia, and the environmental impact is greatly reduced. Like all Origine products, it comes with a lifetime warranty and is fully customizable in the Configurator to suit the tastes and expectations of all enthusiasts.
