We are proud at Origine to have invested directly and massively in the bike's design, especially in the small details that make all the difference, even in subtle and invisible features such as the quality of the carbon layering. We have, and continue to, invest in very expensive moulding techniques, and our R&D department represents 1/10th of our workforce, which is particularly high.
In developing this new generation Axxome, we allowed ourselves to be guided by the demands of our UML technology. We have optimised tube shape and the overall frame design to come up with a mould that exploits Unique Matrix Layup to the full. Now the entire frame, and not just the front and rear triangles, has been moulded using UML® technology.
The result on the road is an even livelier and more responsive Axxome, filtering out even more road buzz.
In lab tests, we were able to measure that the Axxome III filters out 12% more vibration than its predecessor. And for more rider comfort, the Axxome is compatible with tyres up to 35mm, for even more versatility and performance. Dare we say, ""reinventing road cycling?"
