Our advisors will inform you if the terms of our warranty cover your request.

At Origine, it is the quality of the maintenance that counts, we do not oblige you to return to your point of purchase to get your bike serviced, but regular and complete servicing is essential to fully enjoy your bike in complete safety.

That is not an issue, if the work is done properly.

Are you an expert in bike mechanics and happy to service your own bike?

If you are unsure as to where you should get your bike serviced, browse through the list of qualified and independent bike mechanics. Some of them are mobile.
We do not impose them on you, you can use your own bike mechanic if you prefer.
