Matosvelo.co.uk Test Origine Axxome RS TeXtreme

Matosvelo.co.uk Test Origine Axxome RS TeXtreme
04/16/2016
This is an excellent bike with confident downhill handling and a lively feel over bumps, aided by its low mass and low wheel inertia.

What's different from other Axxome versions is rigidity and comfort. You can feel that the bike has gained in rigidity, and this is reflected in comfort, which is a little less good than the 250 versions.

But that doesn't mean the bike is a bar. No, filtration is still pretty good with these R-Sys SLRs, despite their 23mm tires. By switching to CC40s and 25mm tires, comfort improves a little. It goes to show that tires are of the utmost importance.

But clearly, this Axxome RS will be favored more by couriers, who are less concerned with comfort, than by cyclosportifs, who already have no problem with the stiffness of the 'lower' models.
