UML Molding rims

UML, structural precision for performance.
The results of months of research have led us to develop a new fiber molding technique called UML for Unique Matrix Layup. The carbon sheets are assembled on the rim in a single operation around a single matrix. There are no joins, no residues, no unnecessary overlaps, just pure, flawless fiber.

This new version of our in-house mold enables uniform fiber compaction under pneumatic pressure across the entire rim.

Hooked Tubeless System

Safety. Precision. Confidence.
Hooked Tubless System (HTS) technology combines the advantages of tubeless tires with the enhanced safety of a hooked rim. Thanks to precision-molded internal hooks, the tire is perfectly locked to the rim, offering superior lateral stability, even at low pressure or when cornering.

This makes tubeless mounting perfectly reliable, with no risk of shifting. This design guarantees a perfect fit, better shock absorption and a greater feeling of control. Thanks to HTS technology, every ride gains in safety, performance and riding pleasure.

RS hub

Responsiveness, precision and reliability.
The RS hub combines precision and reliability. Designed for J-Bend pulling, it is easy to maintain, while offering good lateral rigidity thanks to its CNC-machined flanges.

Its rapid engagement and controlled fluidity ensure an effective response both in acceleration and uphill. The RS is aimed at riders looking for an excellent weight/performance ratio, with a reliable and precise approach.

Ultralite spokes

Lively and efficient with every pedal stroke.
Ultralite spokes reduce rotational inertia for a responsive, agile wheel. Their low weight enhances acceleration and facilitates relaunching, while maintaining sufficient longitudinal stiffness for efficient power transfer.

J-bend

Proven reliability and easy maintenance.
The J-Bend pull is based on a classic, tried-and-tested design, where the spoke head forms a bend to anchor itself in the hub. This configuration provides a controlled flexibility that promotes component longevity and resistance to repeated stress.

It also facilitates spoke replacement and maintenance, an asset for cyclists who value practicality and long-term reliability. A robust and versatile solution, ideal for intensive use or travel.

Wheels delivered ready to roll.
With the Ready to Ride concept, every Prymahl wheelset is delivered ready to use. The rim tape, valve, tubeless fitting, tires and discs are already carefully installed in our workshop. There's no need for special preparation or tools: just fit them to your bike and hit the road.

This unique service guarantees easy assembly and a professional finish. Ready to Ride is the promise of performance and simplicity from the very first turn of the wheel.
