Build and customise your wheelset

Our configurator gives you the possibility to define yourself the equipment and the decals of your wheels, at no extra cost.

It's very simple: change the decals, the cassette body and the tyres as you wish. With each change, the photo, the technical sheet, the weight and the price are automatically updated.

Technological benefits

UML Molding (Unique Matrix Layup)

UML Molding (Unique Matrix Layup)

UML, structural precision for performance.

The results of months of research have led us to develop a new fiber molding technique called UML for Unique Matrix Layup. The carbon sheets are assembled on the rim in a single operation around a single matrix. There are no joins, no residues, no unnecessary overlaps, just pure, flawless fiber.
This new version of our in-house mold enables uniform fiber compaction under pneumatic pressure across the entire rim.
Pro hub

Pro hub

Performance and lightness

The Pro Hub offers an ideal combination of technical features, rigidity and lightness. Designed for Straight Pull, it ensures even tension and precise geometry, while benefiting from rigorous CNC machining. Optimized internal components reduce friction for consistent performance, even over long distances. Reliable and versatile, the Pro Hub is designed for demanding cyclists looking for performance and lightness, with a high level of finish.
Straight Pull

Straight Pull

Maximum rigidity and mechanical precision
Straight Pull eliminates the traditional bend at the spoke head, offering direct transmission of tension between hub and rim. This design reduces stress points and the risk of deformation, ensuring greater lateral rigidity and improved wheel stability over time.

Ideal for high-performance assemblies, it also provides more even tension and more precise geometry, for a wheel that's lively, stable and responsive with every pedal stroke.
Handcraft precision

Handcraft precision

Manual assembly, industrial precision.
At Prymahl, manual assembly is more than just a step: it's a guarantee of quality. To control every detail, we have chosen to carry out assembly in our factory in northern France, where tradition and technical excellence meet. Our technicians, true racking specialists, work with almost surgical precision, ensuring even tension and perfect alignment.

Each wheel is rigorously adjusted and checked at every stage to guarantee performance, durability and reliability. Handcraft Precision combines human expertise and industrial precision to create the perfect wheel.
Ready To Ride

Ready To Ride

Wheels delivered ready to roll.
With the Ready to Ride concept, every Prymahl wheelset is delivered ready to use. The rim tape, valve, tubeless fitting, tires and discs are already carefully installed in our workshop. There's no need for special preparation or tools: just fit them to your bike and hit the road.

This unique service guarantees easy assembly and a professional finish. Ready to Ride is the promise of performance and simplicity from the very first turn of the wheel.
