Suite à un problème sur ma roue arrière Prymalh Orion C 35R disc survenu un an et demi après l'achat de mon Axxome GT, je tenais à saluer le service après vente ORIGINE. Ils ont préféré revoir les deux roues pour une remise en conformité ce qui ne manque pas de sérieux. Le transporteur est venu à mon domicile chercher le vélo après prise de rendez vous à ma convenance, et pareil pour le retour 2 semaines plus tard.
Mon seul souci trouver un carton pour emballer le vélo et je remercie le magasin de VAE MOUSTACHE de Montévrain qui m en ont gracieusement fourni un. ORIGINE et MOUSTACHE deux sociétés qui respectent leurs clients avant mais aussi après l achat du vélo.
