"Première aventure bikepacking en autonomie : retour d'Arcachon soit 750km de prévu en 3.
1er jour: 250km jusqu'à Vire sur Lot avec la traversée depuis Arcachon de forêts landaises avec de belles pistes cyclables, descente au nord de la Garonne pour rejoindre la vallée du Lot.
Au passage, une belle rencontre avec le boulanger de Gironde sur Drot, une vraie personnalité pleine de bienveillance.
Les étapes suivantes furent la suite de cette belle vallée du Lot, les causses du Quercy , Figeac, le Puy Mary..."
