Origine offers you a wide choice of maintenance and repair options for your bike.

With several options now available, you are free to choose the service that best suits you and your pocket, such as Origine-approved bike mechanics, some of whom will even come to your home, alternatively nothing to stop you using your usual LBS (Local Bike Shop); you can also drop your bike off at our factory and we'll repair it for you (following quote), or why not maintain and fettle your bike yourself using our Origine tutorials.

- What are our warranty terms?

At Origine, we believe that an exceptional bike deserves an exceptional warranty.
Therefore, each model comes with a lifetime warranty on the frame and a 2-year warranty on the components.

The warranty is managed directly in our factory by our teams. Your point of contact is an expert who will be able to give you an answer or an explanation, decide to send you a component or plan repairs or other work for your bike.

You have 14 days following the reception of your order to change your mind and withdraw.
Send us your request by e-mail or registered letter with signed receipt addressed to our head office, providing your contact details and invoice number.

Returned products must be new, complete and in their original packaging.
This guarantee does not apply to specially designed products, i.e., those not found on our website.

If having a bike that fits your image is important to many cyclists, it is also vital that the bike also fits you and that you are well positioned on it. Yet many people neglect this point and irrespective if a novice or a seasoned racer the position on the bike is the guarantee of your comfort and your performance.

When finalising the configuration of an Origine bike, there are several options when choosing the position on your bike.

1- You know what you want:
Choose the frame size, stem length, handlebar width, cockpit height, crank length, and a saddle of the appropriate width. We leave the choice to you.

2- Use our Size Calculator
With just a few, easily determined measurements, it defines the exact dimensions of each component for a bike that will fit you perfectly.

3- You need some help from our advisors
Validate your order by clicking on "Choose sizes later", one of our technical advisers will call you back within 48 hours.

4- You have a recent bike fit or wish to replicate the settings of your current bike
Select the option "Choose the sizes later" and send us the measurements by email; we will build your bike according to them.

Whatever your choice, one of our technical advisors will systematically call all customers to check measurements before we start production of your bike.

RIGHT SIZE GUARANTEE
All our bikes come with a 1-month CORRECT SIZE GUARANTEE.
If you are not completely satisfied with your position after your initial rides, we will, free of charge, change the bike’s component sizes within one month of delivery of your bike.

This service is available in all cases, even if you have decided to choose frame and component sizes without using our size calculator.

At Origine, our policy has never been, and never will be, to produce scaled-down men's bikes for women.
Our guarantee to produce a bike that is perfectly adapted to your size applies equally to women as it does to men. In choosing from 6 different frame sizes, 8 different stem lengths, 3 different crank lengths, a choice of 2 saddle layback options, and more than 10 different stack heights, we can create the perfect combination that corresponds perfectly to your body shape.
And this is possible across the whole range. At Origine, women have just as many choices as men.

Origine bikes are shipped fully assembled and adjusted, you just need to fit the front wheel, the bar (MTB only) and adjust the saddle height.

Fully configure your bike to your image and adapt it to your riding style, expectations, budget and body shape and size.

Firstly, start by choosing the model of bike that interests you and add the components that you want including everything from the make and model of drivetrain, the tyres, the frame colour and the saddle type.

With each component choice the visual, technical data sheet, bike weight and total price are automatically updated.
Let your personality and expectations speak for themselves, you can't go wrong as our configurator will not allow you to select components that are not compatible with each other.

Colour:
We believe that a bike that reflects you should do so completely and using our Colors On Demand® custom app you can find the colour scheme THAT YOU WANT.

When finalising your order, simply indicate in the "Comments" box a RAL colour chart number or the reference of any car manufacturer's colour scheme.

Good to know:
- We are not equipped to produce chrome or glitter tints, and unfortunately it is not technically possible to create a computer-generated of the bike with a custom colour scheme.

- The boundary between two colour areas cannot be changed as this requires time-consuming adjustments that cannot be made for a single bike.

Decor:
- For technical reasons, it is not possible to select other decors than those found on our configurator. It is not possible to customise the colour, change the position, add or remove them, or mix them with those of other models than the one initially selected.

If you have chosen a component with a longer delivery time, you will be delivered within one or two weeks from that date.

These lead times are given as an indication only and only come into play once your order, including all the component size choices, has been confirmed and full payment made.
Lead times are subject to production issues and our own suppliers' lead times.
Unfortunately, our technical advisors are unable to reliably inform you of the status of your order prior to the indicated delivery date.

Use either a bank card or bank transfer to pay for your Origine bike.
If French resident you can also pay by cheque in up to 3 interest-free instalments.
